2 days with phone but I cant access the Internet

I received a galaxy S4 from cellc on Wednesday but since then I could not access the internet. Please get this sorted ASAP as this is not on. I have contacted customer service but they are all so friendly but friendly won't get my phone sorted. This is a bad first impression especially for me as a new customer.
