I made a complaint with you about my data bill and got a statement that does not explain anything except mtn wants my hard earned cash and what for i have no idea.
i emailed warren, senlot and veronica and no NOONE is getting back to me, i am just wondering why?
MTN i want to know what you are charging me R350 bucks for and as a consumer i have the right to demand a comprehensible or should i say a statement that a person who does not work for MTN can understand.
Does your silence mean that you can provide a proper statement but can debit my account with any charge.
