I was recently contacted by Virgin Mobile and offered a contract. I was told I have 7 days to decide if I am happy or not with the phone ones received. I received the phone this morning, opened the box to insert the Sim and to obviously check out the phone.
I was disappointed with the quality of the screen, and the functions. So I called them immediately to inform them that I am not satisfied with the phone. Seeing that I was told that I have 7 days to decide.
I tried for hours to get thru to the Call centre, no please stay on the line just engaged for hours. Eventfully got the Head Office number. I explained to the first person, I am not satisfied with the phone and rather take a more expensive contract for a decent phone. I was asked very arrogantly if I opened the box. Of course I replied, how one must decide if you are happy with the phone.
Well APPARENTLY I WAS SUPPOSED TO LOOK AT THE PICTURE ON THE BOX.I think most people will agree, that a picture on the box can't really tell you much about the feel of a phone.
Virgin however insists that because I have opened the box it's now a done deal.
