Lost All Data On Upgrade

I decided to upgrade my cellphone and the sales and delivery side went fine. On Friday evening I phoned the call centre to advise that the new cell would not work having placed the sim card in it. After a (R40.00) call they eventually advised me that it was a software problem and I would get a call Saturday morning at 8.00am - no call received by 10.20am. I phoned as was told it was a sim card problem and I must go to the nearest supplier. I knew that this wouls be hopeless in view of the queues and the fact that they would forward the cell to Midrand. I then went to the Midrand Nashua Mobilr office for the service person to replace the sim card and transfer all my data to the new phone ie. contact names and numbers, saved messages, WhatsApp etc. Once he had supposedly done this he told me to leave the cellphone off for two hours and then switch it on. This I did and whilst it did switch on I had no contact details or numbers, no saved messages, no whatsApp etc. GREAT SERVICE!!!
I have been a customer of theirs for over 20 years and I'm a Executive Financial Advisor who relys totally on all my cell information. I need Nashua to sort this immediately and the cell and petrol costs.
