Poor service

Elite mobile deducted my money on the 28/06/2013
and when I call to enquire why I was told is because I registered for an email address in the YEAR 2008 and the consultant couldn't respond when I asked why was it not deducted then and I don't even remember agreeing to that email address and why would I want elite mobile email address puzzles me, I wanted her to refund me my money and she gave me another number that no one picks it up and when they finally do their system is always not working, people be ware of this Elite company
