No help what so ever

Do i have to complain everyday to get any help or attention? CELL C I AM UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING WITH THIS PHONE!!! How many times will i tell you this? and don't call me to give me anther compliant form to fill in, I've done that many times. its either you help me or cancel the contract!!! I've been patient enough now!! four horriable months!!!
