Still waiting for resolution from the complaint logged on 28 June. I did receive a phone call on the evening of 28 June asking for a few days to resolve... 7 working days later and STILL no resolution. I do understand you get a lot of complaints - the only way to reduce them is to start providing an element of service. I would cancel my contract over this if I wasn't locked in for another 12 months or so. PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE OVERCHARGING ON DATA... IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH SINCE I RAISED THE FIRST QUERY AND I AM NOW!
