On Friday 5th, I visited mtn morningside to do an exchange on a warranty assesment. The consultant, Joska had to ask permission first from his managers for a packet migration from a luminia 920, which packed up twice in 6 mnths to a Samsung S4. First he, Joska, promised to give me an update on Friday afternoon, no response. I phoned on Monday afternoon after Joska yet failed to contact me during the day and literary had to beg the operator to ask Joska to call back. He did eventually with a promise to call today, 09072013. My wife yet again contact mtn morningside during the day and left messages for Joska to call which was again ignored. I feel very diappointed because of the poor service rendered by Joska. I desparately need this matter to be resolved as I have been with mtn since 2001.
