I have been with MTN with sometime now not because of the service network nor the great deals but for the excellent service i always receive from Raazia @ N1 City today who normally i used to deal with at Ottery branch which was 10mins away from home. But because of the service she provides her client i would go to any branch where shes at. I did my upgrade today and still love my old phone whom Raazia has advised me to choose as i just couldnt make a choice between several smartphone that was launched 2years ago and turned me into a Sony experia fan. So MTN look after this one shes a real gem and very surprised that shes not in management yet as she has dedicated her time for MTN for many years. keep up the good work Raazia many thanks for my experia V - love it :) - Zureena
