I was robbed and needed to do a sim swap. I called the call centre on the 4th july and firstly spoke to bulelwa. I gav her the new sim details with the sim number. She tell me the sim is RICA'd already. How the can a brand new sim in plastic be registered as i just bought it. Anyway i cut the call and then spoke to Patwin. Strange he said everything and said it will be done. No issues. Now how can 1 person insiat and argue with me and then the next say all is done. I then called again and spoke to a team leader to lay a complaint against bulelwa and then he tella me he is sorry and yara yara yara. His name is tumelo from gau call centre. He says it wil be done by 12 durin the day. Guess wat. Nothing is done. I spend another hr on the fone nw n he calls me back after holdin for him for 20 mins n he says dey didnt do it as their systems were offline.? Cudnt u guys call n tell me dat. I also apoke to mbali today who denied me my right to speak to a supervisor. Is she the new boss. Sort this out now. And please also advise why you are never allowed to speak to a MANAGER?
