Delayed move of line plus bad call centre system

Yet another week gone by after posting a complaint on HP and although Telkom said that my query was escalated, nobody tried to contact me or send me any other response other than the escalation number (ARS 230033)

Today I went through the terrible gauntlet called 'Telkom Call Centre' again, and finally got through the escalation department, only to give me a vague answer that there is no infrastructure in the area that I stay (no clear explanation). I told them again, as I did a month ago, that there were cable to that area but that the line was repaired and we confirmed it by them calling my neighbor. How can there be infrastructure for my neighbor and not for me?!
They told me to call 0800500200 with reference 488503-11, and guess what... back to the f#%# call centre menu again where I started... nice!!!

I've had it Telkom, you've just lost another customer for life, and I will go out of my way (even if cost me a whole lot more money) to never make use of you again!

Quite sad to see a giant with the monopoly on their side making all the wrong moves... guess it is better to jump ship before it sinks
