I tried numerous times to phone and even sent complaints on your website. I am trying to cancel my account because I moved on the 28th of June 2013 and there is no infrastructure where I live now. You have the wrong address and nobody can change it because they can't pick it up. I just received an sms for a technician appointment. YOU HAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS!!! I will not be held liable.
