I bought a Samsung Tab and i was battling tot up internet and i called costumer service... after talking for a while my tab switched itself off for a long period. Mr. Flasman took his time to help me... went the extra mile to assist me... i had already given up and asked him several times to drop the call n attend to other customers but nope he insisted and made sure that everything worked. He made me feel like the only customer... keep it up Faheem. 8.ta is the best...
