I Mrs M A Boshego have got a contract with Mtn my child has blocked my contract sim and I called 808 to get assistance no one picks up. I sent someone to an Mtn service centre within the Checkers Mall on 03/07/2013 to try and get assistance or alternative solution. They said there's no alternative solution beside I have to come personally there and of which I am at work most of the time. We asked if I can verify the security checks with the Mtn service centre consultant as the person I sent was the owner they refused. how pathetic is it cause only I can verify the correct check. These are one of the things why we port number or decide to change networks.
