I have notified 8ta on 01/06/2013 that I want to cancel my cellphone contract on 01/07/2013. The reason; I want to to port to Cell C. I have spoken to two call center agents. They told me I must send an e-mail to [Email Removed] only to learn later that 8ta employees CAN'T pronounce the word RETAIN and say return. I have spoken to a guy last week at 8ta and he insured me that my number will be switched to prepaid on 01/07/2013.
I need my number ported to Cell C today! 8ta call center is pathetic. Now I've been told I need to wait 2 - 24 hours. I can't wait this long. I need 8ta to grant my port to Cell C before 4pm today!!!
