Terrible Service from MTN billing

Mtn is constantly charging me for BIS services every month when i have Blackberry Z10 and do not have BIS. They constantly promise to refund me and take it off my next account but never ever do. to make things worse i'm on a top up package and i am meant to be paying a standard fee every month, yet every month it is ridiculously large amounts and they cant explain why. as of my last debit order they were meant to deduct all the BIS charges and then i would go back to being charged my standard fee. this never happens. i don't know why i ever trusted a debit order to go off with mtn. this is not the first time I've had problems with them. Will probably never upgrade with them again!
