Hi
My MTN Contract ended 2 months ago, I requested to be moved over to prepaid at the end of the contract period.
I have been moved over to prepaid but for some reason I am still being billed R270 per month for no reason?
I tried calling the customer services and they tell me they cant help me because my number does not exist on their system?
How can they bill me when I don't exist??? And why are they billing me when my contract is over???
For the past 4 years I have been with MTN I have had nothing but trouble, please can you stop taking my money and may you reimburse me for the past 2 months. I would also like to be removed off the MTN network as I want nothing to do with MTN.
I have moved over to cellc and have never been happier with a service provider.
