I am using every means of communication in order to get some assistance from Cell C. The way they handle issues is pathetic!!!
For the 10millionth time, I need two phones, that was blacklisted by mistake by very incompetent consultants, unblocked. The first wrongful blacklisting happened the 29th of May 2013. I am still waiting. It's been a month now already. The second incident happened the 14th of June 2013 with another phone I am using. Now I have been without any means of receiving, making calls and SMS's for two weeks now.
I have been to stores for assistance. I am still waiting for the manager of a branch to get back to me - since last week Wednesday!!!
It seems as if Cell C don't care, but yet, they have no problem taking money from me every month.
