I had enough of paying for services not rendered. Had Iburst now for almost 4 years, never missed a payment but now that there is a problem they could not care less!!! For the passed 2 weeks we are experiencing connection issues. Took the hardware to the store-(nothing wrong) call the support desk (nothing wrong). Yet the store tell you that they received several such complaints but nobody bothers to fix it!!! What if I missed a payment? They would then have the manpower to hunt me down!!! We depend on internet for work purposes which means that now we are not able to do what we get paid for!!! What more should I do to get answers and get it sorted? I am ready to demand the cancellation of the contract and move to another service provider. Iburst - your support service!!!
