I have reported a fault on the 19th June 2013. REF NO. 704CWK190613 Service Id 021-7064385.
The line is used for business and adsl is also connected to this line. My TELKOM line is used for purchasing and receiving stock telephonicaly and electronically. WE as a business are currently loosing money whilst waiting on telkoms delayed response. Then i tried reporting the exact same fault again whereby i received another REF NO.525162 and im still waiting on the consultant Lerato to contact me, which she never did. Regarding my complaint who compensates for my losses i ran for the pass week and why must I pay for a service that is not even rendered properly.
