Poor customer service

In April i changed my banking details for the 2 Ipads i have on contract. After i changed it i phoned back to make sure it was done as the call centre agent sounded unsure about what she was doing. End April they deducted for 1 ipad from my new account and one from my old bank account. Again i contacted them to rectify. End of May, it seems like they tried to debit my old account which had no funds for both contracts i have. Again i contacted the call centre and was promised that they will look into it as they will draw the voice recordings. Its now more than 4 days and still no feedback regarding the matter. Cell C just seem unable to provide customer service
