For approximately one month now the Blackberry BIS is regularly offline. Night times and weekends are the worst. I know the problem does not exist at Blackberry because I have seen that when my phone is down, other networks are doing just fine.
If you want to give me a half a service then charge me half the price.
Please rectify or cancel my contract. In fact, I'm begging you to cancel it please. Please. Please. With sugar on top?
