Over charging & Data still not loaded

Hi,

Could someone PLEASE explain to me why I still get charged for Blackberry as I have upgraded to a Samsung.

Surely someone could have picked this up because the upgrade fee was charged immediately.

Also I need to know why after 4 requests now a massive bills MTN still did not load my 1 Gig data package?

I think this is really unacceptable as I requested a credit limit change and Data package on the same call, but seems like MTN just do whatever they want to do.
