Unfair Billing and still Sky high latency

So over Easter I saw cybersmart had a great special! Wow only pay every second month for you account at them! 10mb line ordered! Awesome! So I jumped in and ordered it. Took a month to carry over my account to them. Had issues but finally it was working. But just to then find that I was unable to play any online games because my latency was on a average of 80 - 95ms locally and then of course even higher international (which one can understand).

So I called in and they said no I have to use their DNS settings so I did that and stuffed it into my router. No difference. So thought let me wait maybe something just needs to reset or whatever. So now a month later and I go to check my online bill projection. I ordered 10mb line for 895 which includes the adsl circuit and the data so half of that is what my bill is supposed to be. Or so I thought. Nope its now R1320 and im being billed for 2 month (also paid for the previous month) and only the data portion is half price! I see now on their website it says it like that but on easter special it did not specify it was data only!
Latency still high and no change to bill. I want out at cybersmart! Its always too good to be true! Never again!
