Unauthorised debit - AGAIN!

In May i complained about an unauthorised debit for eg. my music, lifestyle package & phone box. My phone got cut due to me not paying these amounts. I struggled and struggled to get these amounts reversed. This month it all re-appeared again. i have phoned so many times, complained and complained, i am actually past being furious. My phone is this month again going to be cut because i wont pay these amounts. So, the question is what is to be done? I am now going to lay a charge with the police for . (wrongful deception intended to result in financial gain) i am going to contact the ombudsman and i am going to ask one of the leading magazines if they want to do a story on it. Surely i am not the only person experiencing this problem. I so hope no one phones me to say "sorry". It seems like this is a sorry excuse of a company. i dont accept sorry no more! i just want this company out of my life once and for all! the only time someone wakes up and want to respond is when you post it on hallopeter.
