I signed for a iPhone 4s contract where by i am to receive 300mb free which i never received and was billed for the data i was to receive free - also, i was told and shown upon signing my contract that i would pay 15/mb out of bundle which is the reason i signed for the contract but am currently being charged 99/mb out of bundle.

i find this criminal as the sales agent says he doesn't know what to do about the situation even though he admits to the fact that he told me that i would only pay 15c/mb out of bundle rate
