I spend at least R4000 a month on airtime. sunday night at 19h00 my signal was gone and i called cell c immediately as i use my phone for work. the consultant told me its not his problem and put the phone down on me. monday i call back, and get told there is no problem, i must not know how to use my phone. nice service?? a case has been opened, and it will take 7 days to resolve. really? and what do ido for those 7 days? they took my number to call me, but seeing as i have no signal, i wonder how they will get hold of me?? i have never experienced service like this in my life. it is horrible. cell c's network problem is now costing me money. this is unacceptable
