After ywo years we have come to the conclusion that Afrihost is selling something they simply can not deliver. I am fascinated that all the service providers are being allowed to sell a product, for which they simply can blame Telkom when they are unable to deliver.
Due to the lack of service (max 1 week ADSL per month) I have given up. Then the shady partners (TELKOM) simply cut the line, without any notice.
This is surely in nature as they are selling a product, with service conditions that they have no control over. Having a customer service centre which gives you a "ticket" number and simply answers it is a TELKOM line issue, begs the question WHAT ARE YOU SELLING???
