On 30 May, I logged a call about the fact that my USB modem had a problem, and it STILL has not been resolved.
Yesterday I received a call from Siso, who agreed that an advisor would call me between 9 and 1 today.
I still have not received a call.
My USB modem STILL does not work.
All I can say it Cell C service really!
There is a link to download new software. I have downloaded it. It will not run. I cannot spend my days trying to speak to the correct person who can help me with this problem.
It is a ZTE MF668 usb modem and until now I have been so happy with it... No more!
