My phone was 3 weeks back. The perpetrator still had the audacity to use my number and when people call for me I'm always unavailable and apparently i'm his cousin. Mtn to this day will not block my phone/number nor will they assist me with a sim swap. The call centre ladies are pathetically unhelpful and have an attitude. I do not care about the phone but my number gives me sleepless nights. Slowly this person is learning about me or planning illegal acctivities with my phone and Mtn is assisting him rather than me. So help me if I am implicated in any illegal activities I WILL SUE MTN FOR INCOMPETENCE. Vodacom is more help than they are.
