Poor Customer Service, Faulty Connection

On Monday 03/06/2013 I applied for a MTN contract which included a uncapped data sim and a router. They told me the router would be delivered the following day. This was not the case as I received the router the following Monday 10/06/2013. On this day I signed the remaining paperwork and was told the internet connection will be active within the following four hours. After numerous calls to MTN customer care I was told that the sim was not RICA compliant and also not activated by the store. They told me they will RICA and activate the sim on their side and I should wait 24 hour for this process to be completed. I went trough this process several times and still have no connection what so ever to the internet. I tried to do this every single time and kept patient but nothing gets solved and its the same story all over again. No body takes control of the situation and I STILL DON'T HAVE ANY CONNECTION.
