Major issues with my upgrade, Theo admitted to not loading my bundle which resulted in high gprs charges, a conference call was made and at the end of call, it was my understanding that problem was sorted only to find a month later and my cell line suspended that it was NOT sorted, it has cost me endless calls to call centre and no results, i am now 2 days without use of my cell, which has affected my business, i am being billed and penalised for something that was not my fault to start with, i have been a good paying no hassle client of theirs for /- 14 years the service i have received is beyond shocking, as a consumer i feel i have no one standing up on my behalf, i cannot to speak to anyone higher up and am left feeling very frustrated.
