False advertising

I recently purchased a phone from MTN. the phone was a sony xperia z. i have waited for this marvel of technology and was super excited to receive it, . everything went exceptionally well until i noticed a little line on my screen, i took no notice as this phone was "shatterproof". i awoke the next day and to my surprise the bottom half of my screen had shattered. how on earth can you guys advertise a shatterproof, water proof and dust proof phone when in essence you are selling a lie. not only is the phone stattered, but its unusable, other phones do shatter and can still be used, but this phones main feature is to be an annoyance by just having the power button only work, MTN has declined my assessment and blames it on user damage. the phone has not other dents or bruises to warrant user damage and now im sitting with a really expensive paper weight.
