It is now a full year that I am trying to stop MTN from my money. For the past 12 months MTN has been debiting my bank account for a contract I DO NOT HAVE!
I have a prepaid cellphone on the MTN network and a Cell c one. I want my money back that you took for the last 12 months. Every time I go back to the service provider at the mall, they say they are sorry and send someone a email, but there is never any results. Please stop taking my hard earned money for a contract that I don't have with you.
