Fail to respond to a billing inquiry

I recently upgraded and went to view my account the next day and was already almost double than what I usually paid. I tried to phone customer service and the phone would ring and then just beeping in my ear, multiple times! Very unhappy, don't feel like staying with Vodacom any longer.
