I recently purchased THREE Samsung S4's on account from Cell C.
The service received at the Fourways Mall branch was brilliant - fast and efficient.
The signal, however, is almost always non-existent, especially at my apartment in Lonehill and my cluster in Northriding, to such an extent that an SMS that I try to send or receive in the evening may only be sent/received the next morning. Phone calls are completely out of the question and obviously this also means I have no access to internet or apps that require data connection. Should I be lucky enough to get a call through, the calls are often dropped before I am done with the conversation.
2 of the 3 phones are required for business purposes and I am receiving far too many "144" SMS's showing that I have missed a call and that a voicemail was left. Clients are getting annoyed that I am unreachable so often and I am loosing business.
This has made my cellphones almost useless and the fees I am paying monthly are not worthwhile.
Previously I was with Vodacom and I had much better signal / reception / data connection.
I never complain or cancel contracts, however I may be left with no choice.
