I have been trying to pay my Telkom invoice online only to discover that their credit card processing only works in Internet Explorer. But I have a Mac! I finallly speak to someone who can tell me how to EFT them, which I then do. At the same time, I set up a debit order for future months.
To recap:
1. Can't pay despite best intentions
2. Paid another way after struggling to get instructions
3. Setup payment for future
Yet today, in their glorious wisdom Telkom have cut me off. Dear Telkom, does your uselessness know no bounds?
