No Account as reqeusted for 12 month period

As I previously reported their accounting is non existing!
After numerous letters, E-Mails, Phone calls, I still have not received my account as asked for by me and my Lawyer Mr Anton Louw???
I have again received an account this month witch I do not understand or agree with!
No reply from anyone, no customer care, no curtacy call no reply E-Mail except "out of office "!
