Hi All

I'm saddened by MTN's service after being such a loyal subscriber to them. I went to their MTN store to request an upgrade and was advised about the migration changes which wasn't a problem at the time, after what was explained to me but I was only talking to the consultant and no paperwork was given to sign. I went again the following week and advised that I do not want to upgrade my number anymore and was told it wasn't going to be a problem. Last week I checked my statement only to realize that I was migrated to another package without my consent and still being charged on a package that I don't even have a device on. I was hoping that the call center would help but instead every agent is telling their own version of how they cannot help me. Reference100673348 and 100760570 are to show how MTN gets rid of a client. I am hoping the MTN store will help with this mess but as for the call centre its offers pathetic service with agents breathing down their headsets and for ever tell a person to hold. Wonder what ever happened to IVR music while a client is on the line.
