At my wits end

Its been 13 days since I logged a complaint with Hellopeter against Nashua Mobile for failing to make a full refund including bank reversal fees into my bank account. Not to mention that they've been wrongfully deducting from my bank account for 10 months after I migrated to prepaid.

My question is; when am I going to be refunded, how much and has this affected my credit score? Please don't give the sweet reassuring responses of "we're working on it" and " you'll be refunded" because if were really working on it there wouldn't be a need for me to write to Hellopeter. You have my bank statements whats taking you so long? I want definite answers! I want defenate answers!
