My phone was by a student early in May (7th) I thus blacklisted it, but had a call from the mother of the child who my phone and she returned it to me 4 days later. have been into the RIchards Bay store twice since to un-blacklist my phone. MTN "head office" keep claiming that they have not received my paper work - this is not possible as I have stood there and watched them email it twice now. I must continue to pay for a phone on contract that I cannot use - the message MM6. I have phoned MTN "head office" and they keep telling me that they have not received the forms to un-blacklist my phone - this is not possible. Please can you assist me.
