Phone Box
Unauthorised debit

I have an account with Nedbank and according to them, Phone Box has debited R19 from my account. I have never given permission for this!!!

I don't even know who they are! I would like Phone Box to stop taking money from my account for a service that I did not sign up for.

Another company called So Music has done the same and used an almost identical reference number. Coincidence? I think not.
