Failure to cancel my contract

My contract was due to expire on the 22 May 2013. I was aware of this and placed notice to cancel on the 18 April 2013. They have failed to cancel my contract and I'm now being billed the full subscription fees which I cannot afford. My reference number for the cancelation is 2149214 and the lady I spoke to was Amanda.
