What Customer Service???

So eventually after complaining about my overcharged account on Hellopeter I get the itemised billing I asked for, but no help to cap the account, and guess what my charges were? Yes again almost R1400, there is no way I can confirm as a consumer if these charges are justified and Nashua can continue charging what they want as long as they keep me from capping the billing. IS THIS GOOD PRACTICE???
