Fast and efficient service

I had attempted to recharge my 8ta number online via EFT through eight time, only to find that recharge is not supported on the contract I have (quite disappointing though as i would like to add to my data plan). So i logged a support ticket online and received a response within under 5 mins! I'm very impressed with the speed of response and knowing that it wasn't so difficult to get my money refunded. Shihaam should be praised for his efforts and more people should lead by this example, proof that you can actually get good service in our country. Thumbs up!
