I ordered a Samsung S3 Mini and a Samsung Pocket was delivered to me. I called Cell C customer care and reported this Matshidiso told me that the phone was going to be replaced with the correct one in 21 days i should have the correct phone. it been over 21 days and i still have the wrong phone with me it hasn't't been collected. I have called Cell C more 3 times and each time they tell me that they will call me back and they don't. I have emailed them as well and they have not replied to me :(
