Well, true to Cell C's customer service, I still haven't had the feedback / response which I have requested. Ruth called me when I put this report on first time around. I told her that I want to speak to a customer services manager. Guess what I'm still waiting!!! Cell C, just don't care. Then I had some woman call me, didn't bother to introduce herself, that was this morning, I was in the middle of a meeting. I asked her to please call me back in about an hour or two. That was at 10am this morning. I'm still waiting!!! They may have great deals and great sales, but their after sales is absolutely appauling. I will never use Cell C again, nor will I ever suggest them to any family or friends.
