NO ANSWER!!! NO SERVICE!!! NO FEEDBACK!!!

Good Afternoon. Once again I am writing to you about the same old story. My wife's phone was booked in for repairs on 10 April 2013 and dispatched the very next day. Fault on phone: No Network. When her phone was booked in they informed us that it will take up to 21 days. Today is the 23rd of May 2013 and still no phone. Cell C Newcastle contacted my wife on 15 May to inform her that Cell C Head Office will be dispatching a new phone, but to date nothing has happened with regards to this. She still hasn't received the phone. When she contacted Cell C Newcastle last week, they informed her that the phone hasn't been dispatched. She contacted Cell C Newcastle again about 20 minutes ago and still the phone hasn't arrived. How long does it take for someone to freight something? I would really appreciate your assistance to resolve this issue. It has been long and frustrating... All our contracts are up to date and don't understand why we are getting this service in return. All our contracts are used for company purposes. Your assistance will be much appreciated.
