Honesty cannot even understand how MTN's service delivery has declined to drastically. I applied for the 2GB data special that they were running. It took 2 weeks to eventually receive my modem and sim. I have been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years so didnt think that the process would be that lengthy!!
When I got it eventually yesterday, I set it up last night, I was on for 35 minutes and the only thing I did was donwload skype, nothing else, when I checked my data I had used 1GB of data!!! How is that even possible!! I didnt make any video calls, I literally only installed skype and changed my password, nothing else!!!
I am pretty much over this shocking service, when my cellphone contract expires in a few months I will not be renewing!! Kindly also let me know how I can cancel this dodgy data contract that I now signed up for!!
