Eally really poor call centre

I phoned nashua call centre to determine how much is due stil on my overdue account. I was forwarted to the pre legal apartment where I hang on the line for 1 hour and 3 minutes with no answer.surely they cannot be that busy.they handed me to the credit bureu for not paying them. But when I want to they do not answer.as a result finace for my car was declined. I'm so annoyed.
